About Sahi Terms

Your terms, made sahi.

Sahi means right — fair, correct, done properly. Terms are the fine print behind every brand deal, filing and registration. Sahi Terms exists so that fine print is never the thing that slows down the work you actually love.

Why we exist

India's creator economy is producing world-class storytellers, educators and entertainers — and handing them problems that used to belong only to media houses: sponsorship contracts, trademark squatters, copyright strikes, GST notices.

Traditional legal services weren't built for this. They bill by the hour, speak in Sections and Sub-clauses, and treat a creator's channel as a hobby rather than what it is — a business built on intellectual property.

Sahi Terms is a legal-services platform built creator-first: fixed fees, WhatsApp-speed communication, advice in the language you think in, and a genuine understanding of how platforms, brands and creator income actually work.

What we believe

Plain language is a feature

If you need a law degree to understand our advice, we've failed. Everything we deliver ends in words a busy creator can read between shoots.

Fixed fees, always

Creators run on unpredictable income; legal costs shouldn't be unpredictable too. Every engagement is quoted upfront, in full.

Creators are businesses

A channel is a media company — with IP, contracts, revenue and risk. We treat a 50k-subscriber creator with the seriousness a company that size deserves.

Prevention over litigation

The cheapest legal problem is the one you never have. Most of our work is making sure the contract, the trademark, the structure is right before trouble starts.
